A Little Background On Brighton East Farms
OUR HISTORY
Brighton East Farms was designed and developed by Elkhart LLC, as part of a master planned community comprised of Richmond America, KB, and Taylor Morrison homes. The primary concept was to create a community centered around family and neighborhood friendliness.
The community is centrally located, surrounded by multiple outstanding schools, near public parks and other amenities provided by the municipality, with easy access to major roadways as well as the city center. Initial construction began in 2004 but the community wasn’t formally completed until 2021. The community is unique because it enjoys privacy without the formality and cost of operating a gate system.

Our Mission
Manage the business affairs of the Brighton East Farms development and homeowners’ association with a fiduciary obligation to the members, by focusing on fiscal responsibility, preservation of lifestyle, enhancement of property values, and promoting a sense of harmonious community.
